This EP is a very special one since EXTIMA management committed to make a release of Rodez, after he won the Battle of DJs competition in Bogazici University of Istanbul in 2022. After his hard work and the label's exquisite selections, Rodez brought up a seamless EP thanks to his subtle but haunting elements together with catchy vocals by Eva Vox. Karim Alkhayat launches his new record label Architech Records with a driving peak time techno single called, "Take Control."

Based in Berlin, Karim Alkhayat is known for his explosive style which fuses dark atmospherics with hard-hitting drums and enthralling synth lines. He is a skilled producer who has featured top-selling tracks on labels such as Spartaque's Codex, Metodi Hristov's Set About, Lampe's Alula Tunes and Cosmic Boys' Legend.

"Take Control" is the perfect track to launch Architech Records, because as the title suggests, the label gives Karim Alkhayat the ability to take full control of the music he releases. The record label is a platform that allows him to experiment and push the boundaries of techno without any restrictions.

The only track on this release, "Take Control" opens with a hammering kick drum and rolling bassline that lay the foundation for flickers of acid and trippy vocals. Its intense atmosphere is cut by a series of ominous synth bursts that add to the unfolding suspense. It is a captivating cut with a dazzling array of sounds and textures that tantalise the listener while the drums provide relentless energy.

With over 2 Million streams on Spotify in 2022, there is no doubt that Techno DJ Producer Karim Alkhayat is building an extraordinary career beyond the imagination of many. Born in Syria and now operating out of Berlin , his journey through music has given him the ability to define his own sound and elevate the dancefloor to the highest states of ecstasy.  
Moving to Dubai in 2012, it was not until 2018 that his work as a producer began in earnest. Originally a guitarist who has explored the broad landscape of a true musician, he gradually fell in love with Techno and began building a reputation as one of the most prolific producers on the scene today. 

Signing with labels such as Codex, Legend, Set About, Phobiq, Say What, Alula Tunes and many more is further evidence that Karim has all the skills in his pocket to become an enduring artist on the world stage.
