This week Paket and Seth Vogt drop their remixes of Slapper on us and we are loving it. Paket went for a garage/2-step vibe with the drums while incorporating a whomp-y bass line and a heap of lasers to give his remix a real down-and-dirty feel. Seth Vogt went for a progressive vibe with pianos, ethereal synth pads, and a bit of a scat-like vocal to accompany the original. It’s a real tripped out space journey. Both worthy of a spot in your rotation!

I re-recorded the first hour of my set for those of you not able to attend Jamz Camp which took place in Orlando July 2021 @ The Top Secret Resort. I have not been playing breaks sets in over a year, so this was me flying by the seat of my pants and just having fun. There are some old favorite tunes and newbies on here as well. This recording fortunately does not capture the magical power outage and random hair metal music that took place during my set. ;-)Thank you to Jimmy Jamz and the rest of his team for having me. Producing dance music professionally since 1996, Seth Vogt has watched many dance music genera trends and music making technologies evolve at a steady pace. Seth Vogt also has current and upcoming releases on many prestigious labels such as Def Jam, Atlantic, Black Hole, Bonzai, Forensic, Jive, Dissident, Revolt, Sirup, Rebel House, Good News, Bomba, Dog Eat Dog, Gigabeat, iBreaks, Toast & Jam, as well as many others. 

Seth Vogt was the resident DJ for HouseFlyz club nights in downtown Orlando for over 10 years. He has also DJed throughout the United States both headlining and on opening duty for many big name acts (Sander Kleinenberg, Quivver, Judah, Seb Fontaine, Keoki, Fatum, and Kristina Sky to name a few). Seth’s smooth laid back style of progressive house and breakbeat with a keen attention to melodic detail, has helped him to stand out in the ever evolving world of electronic dance music.
