Seth Grey is a South African music producer born and bred in Cape Town. He has an initial start within the Cape Flats underground Hip hop scene with his 1st group Ded Rong Crew (DRC) who comprised of Emcees; Linkris & MC Square. Seth expanded his interest and skill set into the broader spectrum of music which includes: Classical, Rock, Drum and Bass, Dubstep, Minimal Tech and Acid Jazz among others.

Seth, however, is self-taught and he surprisingly does not play any musical instruments - instead he composes all his music "by ear."

Having since progressed from the Boom Bap Scene into more mainstream and electronic styles of music, he has branched into film, scoring and sound design and - of course - album work.

Some of  the more recognisable work he has done includes "Hoe Salla" for HemelBesem, "Lente Blom & Omdat ek Kullid is" for Linkris, "All Tied Up" for Auriol Hays as well as 3 songs on Zubz' "DragonLion_FullCircle" Album.

Some of Seth's most notable works include but are not limited to:

- Scoring the short film "Coke Town"

- Work on various albums of HemelBesem

- Work on various projects of Linkris

- Production for international Hip hop Label "Nomadic Wax"

- The Art of Raw E.P full production

- Composing the theme song to the Afrikaans Film "Lente Blom"

- Having "All Tied Up" featured in the Dutch supernatural drama "The Book of Mikey"

- Production work for YOMA

- Almost entirely producing Chase Lutron's debut album "Legkaart: Die Kruis en Die Kroon"

- Production for Jerome Rex

And many more.

Seth is the definition of versatility and he has proven over the years to be a Complete Music Producer and as a result he has built a Solid track record in the South African music industry.
