Caffeine has always been a love/hate relationship with me. I'm not a fan of dependency, but admittedly enjoy the added boost.

She's a bit of a vixen & tends to end up taking more than she offers depending on the medium of ingestion.

Coffee tended to be my primary, but after extended periods I would find myself in cycles of perpetual burnout & adrenal fatigue.

Rather than white knuckle through another round of withdrawal or tapering off which can last days to weeks if not longer I turned to another medium.

Somewhat smoother & less jarring than the way caffeine operates in coffee.

This song is inspired by the elegance & beauty of green tea, "Davidson's Organic Gunpowder Green" to be exact," & the lovely state I found myself in after giving it a go. 😌🍵-

Calm, cool, & collected focus.

It didn't end up as the perfect take I was shooting for, but it came pretty darn close. The spirit was there & sometimes that is more important than perfection. 😇🙏 -
