As a Berlin local, Lormes (50/80 resident) had the privilege to take early first steps into the electronic underground scene which provided him with the opportunity discover and develop his very own rhythm-based sound. 
Therefore, he started mixing in 2016 as a member of different labels and artist collectives. His progressive and melodic sound inspires ravers on major Berlin dancefloors (such as Ritter Butzke & the Watergate and Festivals (3000 Grad Festival). In the last year he started producing himself guided by his friend and mentor DJ Lion. He already released on ICONYC Noir, a label which has already gained attention due to well-known artist such as Matchy & Heerhorst and Revolt Music, a boutique sub label of the #1 Progressive House label Outta Limits Recordings.

Hello friends, 
another release is coming up. BOHO has just a left a great impression on his contribution for the LEVEL series. Now he's back with an EP! 
One of the many benefits to Senso Sound’s prolific release schedule is the exposure it allows to new artists alongside the more established names in the scene. Here, Lars Kohl, aka BOHO, drops his first EP for Oliver Huntemann’s label, following on from a handful of releases on his own Jannowitz Records imprint. The Ungeduld EP (‘impatience’ in English) showcases the Cologne based DJ and producer’s talent for no nonsense dancefloor primed techno. Skip The Line kicks off with an urgent groove welded to a gnarly, growling bass synth. Other ravey hits and blips punctuate the track giving it a hardcore edge that yearns for for sweaty clubs. Title track Ungeduld has a similar restless energy, but the groove is a slick, pared-down beast that underpins more unruly synth blasts. Last up is Mint, a slightly deeper groove that exudes a euphoric malevolence through tightly controlled tension and its eventual release.

One year has now passed since our very first release on Mirror Records. Our musical journey began with an EP by the talented Berlin producer and live act Bock & Fuchs and now, exactly one year later, he is back with another fabulous release on our imprint! His new EP kicks off with "Electric Eel", a track that perfectly sets the tone for the rest of the release - full of interesting drum-patterns, playful melodies and that certain dirt we all love. Next up is Beatamines take on "Electric Eel". He masterfully preserved the overall feel of the song while adding harmonics with spacey sound bleeps and a catchy bass line. The flipside of the EP features "Wild Camping" and "Departure from Moon". While "Wild Camping" is a wild ride full of stirring melodies and crazy drum percussions, "Departure from Moon" really feels like a space mission to the planet Rave - which sets everyone in motion and makes them forget reality for the short time of this song.
