Messier, one of Beatfreak’s most beloved artists, makes his return to the label, this time joining forces with the talented Zy Khan. Together they deliver Zodiak and Turbulence, two exquisite new gems set to captivate listeners.

Zodiak emerges from their creative synergy, blending deep atmospheric layers with a solid rhythmic foundation and subtle vocal textures, transporting the listener into an immersive sonic journey.

On the other side, Turbulence reveals the more melodic and chilled facet of the EP, showcasing Messier’s unmistakable signature through his lush harmonies and intricate melodic patterns.

| ABOUT THE ARTIST |

Seit Juni 2018 veranstaltet Mobit Techno Partys, seit 2019 als Mitbegründer von Katzenjammer Rec. Berlin. Er leitet die Label Abteilung bei Katzenjammer Rec. mit mittlerweile Zehn Veröffentlichungen und ist seit April 2020 im Team von Oxa Beach Koh Phangan für Booking und Marketing zuständig.

Sein musikalisches Spektrum reicht von 120bpm Indie Dance/Progressive House über melodischen bis zu 130bpm kompromisslosem Techno. Bei seinen Sets achtet er auf einen konstant treibenden, progressiven Sound, mit klarem Fokus auf Percussions, vereinzelte Vocals und markante Melodien. Die Richtung und Intensität seiner Sets richtet sich dabei stark nach Playtime, Location und Veranstaltung.
