fun fact: this was literally the first song i ever made. it was originally planned for use in a cancelled earthbound hack called mother super star, which would've featured a number of mini-rpg adventures starring many different eb characters, all accessed from starting missions with npcs in onett, which acted as a hub world. thankfully, while mother super star kinda faded away, handish2000 gave this song a second chance at life in his fan game cognitive dissonance, which you should really play!

Reupload of Amalgam (Alpha Mix) and my second Halloween 2016 submission. This one sparked from the very fact that Amalgam's main melody sounded very similar to the "chorus" of Eggmanland Day to me. I was also surprised by the fact that when I tried to make a straightforward mashup they had the same BPM! But that was like a proof of concept, I decided to go the arrangement way, and you could say this would be the first Undertale song I actually recreated using the /actual/ instruments the song had (I'm sorry Asgore lmao), which were basically all from Earthbound (yes even the lead was the EB piano) so for its time even now I'm kinda surprised that it came out decently.
