Le Detroit Du Solo (The Solo Strait)

Un gorille : curieux (basson), bourrin (timbales) et sylvestre (xylo et anklung). Le début ne m'emballe pas trop, car trop "scénique", et surtout mal relié à la suite. L'inspiration est essentiellement de J.Williams. Le thème mineur à 0'53" m'a été inspiré par le Piano concerto n1 de Grieg ! La suite est sans influence identifiée, et donne un air pataud à mon gorille :) 1'27" est pour moi le meilleur moment, mais cette idée m'est venu par accident !

Secret of Evermore - Carltron Ultimate Battle

Composed in March 2008, for piano solo, this is a short waltz expressing with freshness the first feeling of love.

An unreleased track that's really worth listening to, where Hamauzu exhibits more than ever his fanciful colours like he did with "Chocobo dungeon - reflection of water", or more recently with "FFXIII - moment of respite".
