NUGS004 comes from a new rising star that we have been following for some time now.
Munir Nadir is a Maroccan artist now based in Turin. He is one of the resident djs from Outcast Torino, a label and party promoter with a big scene in Italy. 
For this record we worked on two different vibes for each side, A side has a more dark and spooky sound with fast basslines and electro synths, B side sends you into a space journey of house with happy organs and groovy beats.

Plenty of reasons to put this true nugget in your wantlist, so don’t sleep on it..

For our 7th original release we welcome our good friend David Agrella, alongside Kompo on remix duties.

David’s a producer with a fast growing reputation and a label of his own, Agrellomatica. The label’s gathered support from a number of respected DJ’s such as Jane Fitz, Laurent Garnier, Ivan Smagghe, Francesco Farfa, Enzo Siragusa, Moxie, Ciel, Massimiliano Pagliara and we’re pleased to welcome him on Seven Hills.

The Kom Dansen EP is one of David’s darker EP’s, blending together thick growling basslines and atmospheric, psychedelic textures. 4 tracks made purely for the dancefloor, all driven by a phat 909 kick, this is music for late night sessions.

Deseo drives through twists and turns with a grooving bass, precise funky drum patterns, and a vocal recorded by the man himself. Kom Dansen hits you with a huge belly bassline, while taking you on a trip on the night train, deep into the wormhole, with an ever building momentum.

Sabotage Signals is similarly growling and deep, with spooked out synth sounds, and unsettling pad action, while Kompo’s version strips everything back, and switches up the bassline into a real wrist snapper.

One Eye Witness turns its gaze to South America with WITNESS06. The Amsterdam imprint continues its growing number of VA EPs with 4 brooding creations from Uruguayan artists Molen & Nahuel, Michelle, Z@p & Latress. While punchy and hard-hitting, each track carries a subtly menacing energy, prodding darker corners of the dancefloor with undeniably satisfying echoes of 80s EBM. Molen & Nahuel’s enticing bassline and brassy synths lead the charge on opener “Modus Operandi”. Rising talent Michelle then pushes at a sense of paranoia with “Last Cello”, its elastic bassline providing the footing for clever percussive trickery. Things take a heady turn on “Ignorance” as Z@p weaves a po-faced speech into psychedelic synth work. Latress opts for a more introspective take on final cut “Perseverance” — pensive harmonies and glassy tones round out this collection of seductive, hypnotic tracks. Long ago, intergalactic explorers spoke of a place hidden deep in the folds of cyberspace—unreachable by map or traditional machine. A blue world, not charted on any navigation system. 

Some believed it was just a glitch—static in the signal. Others believed it was real. A planet made of water, memory, and sound.

Now, somehow, it has been accessed. Not through coordinates or any route we understand—but through an underwater fracture in space itself.

 An aquatic gate that opens without warning, swallowing signal, memory, and sound alike.

The surface is endless liquid—still, glowing, and strange. Ripples move in patterns that don’t make sense—looping, reversing, responding to something unseen. Beneath the surface, alien creatures drift slowly in circles.

Ruins sit in the shallows—sunken ships and submarines surrounded by broken structures from a time no one remembers.

Black coral towers rise out of the water. Their surfaces glow with shifting symbols—markings that seem to change when you aren’t looking. Strange lifeforms hover nearby; they don’t speak, but they seem to be listening.

Far above, broken moons orbit the planet. When they align, the tides shift. The world changes shape. Forgotten paths open. Lost signals return.

No one knows how long you stay here. There is no clock. No night or day. Only the swirling of the lagoons.

ISLA 22 - 'Outside Of Time' is a collaboration between Interactive Test's Riccardo Falsini and Vancouverite AVR, under Falsini's long-standing 'I Believe' moniker.

In the early nineties, directly influenced by the Summer of Love of 1988, Florentine Riccardo Falsini began his project I Believe–a miscellaneous collection of records, compilations, and collaborations–released through his label Interactive Test (co-run with brother Franco Falsini). 

These sounds would eventually reach Vancouver-based producer AVR (Avery La Rochelle) in the summer of 2018. Compelled by Riccardo’s legacy as a producer and a deejay, Avery reached out to the Italian producer. 

A friendship formed that would see them collaborate on various dance events in Vancouver, as well as their Outside Of Time EP, a reverie of hallucinatory trance music. Over the past year, the duo recorded these tracks with the free spirit of early rave culture in mind.

Outside Of Time is certified dance floor therapy that inspires the listener to believe in the power of love and music.
