After “Ghost in the Wood”, Andrew is back with a new release on Easy2Danze Record: the EP is titled “Mein Stern” (my star) and includes 3 exclusive tracks of fresh, melodic and sometimes melancholic techno music. 

Furthermore, the track “Walking in the sky” features Alogique (the new alias of Andrew Sommer) and Bergsteiger (alias Artiglio) unmistakable style, recognizable for their bass lines, breaks, arpeggios and melodic sequences.

Overall the deep sounds driven by Andrew's mood will take the listener on a new journey ... this time out of the wood ... towards the stars...

The EP was intensely tested with success and appreciations from the public who attended the  “Along the river” open-air events in Lugano / Switzerland last summer.

Mystic Rhythm is the first work out on 3-4-1 Cuts.

The author is Stefano De Miceli from Wats Records, an Italian artist long time active in the electronic scene as well as resident dj at Amnesia club of Milano from 2012.

For this release he presents us 2 exclusive tracks out of the ordinary. The pushing and bumping rhythms recall Chicago / Detroit atmospheres of the ‘90s, and with his particular raw and ravy style makes the listener stay constantly on the track. 

The project includes 3 remixes by swiss artists: Alogique & Bergsteiger as remixer of Mystic Rhythm while Artiglio and Walter Albini for Into the fog.

Alogique is the alter-ego of Andrew Sommer, a Swiss producer discovered by EASY2DANZE who regularly releases on the label in addition to 3-4-1 Cuts. Andrew’s music has been heavily supported in various Swiss clubs and draws inspiration from natural settings such as woods, rivers and mystical valleys while placing focus on melancholic sound design and entrancing atmospheres. After exhibiting his new productions in his live performances, Andrew returns to the Seven Scales Records sub-label, EASY2DANZE following two split releases between himself and Bergsteiger.

Today's premiere, ‘Clockwork’, fuses undulating euphoria, tension-building elements and emotive melodic stabs.
