Sisters has been a long time live favourite amongst the band and it's audience. It began life around 3 years ago with the 80's chorus-y guitar riff you can hear in the verse and has gone under many changes until it has arrived at the version you hear today, recorded, produced and mastered by Matthew Prior in 2020 (crossing over into 2021). Initially driven by a unique bass sound, it's 80's sounding vibes in the verse bubble along creating a chilled but driving atmosphere, eventually giving way to an explosive and rocking chorus, featuring bombastic drums, sizzling lead lines and harmonised vocals. The song builds to a crescendo embedded with synth and phased guitar before unfurling into a huge wah-driven guitar solo. It is the first of our recordings to feature synths and an additional backing vocal performance, marking a significant evolution within the band. Sisters

The second of the two songs recorded, produced and mastered by Matthew Prior in 2020/2021, Sirens sees the band firing on all their rock music cylinders. It's inception came from the hard funk guitar riff that arrives after a drum fill snaps the song into life. From there, the song changes dynamic a number of times to keep the listener on their toes before crashing into a huge rock chorus with intriguing melodies, bolstered by backing vocals and driving bass runs. The song eventually gets bigger and bigger with the riff evolving into a crushing middle 8, then giving way to a melodic 'sing along' guitar solo. The song finishes on a hugely layered chorus, introducing new harmonies and guitar lines to keep the sound fresh and interesting. Sirens is a brand new song that the band love playing; one for the dance floor at gigs in the future.
