In Hindu Philosophy and some Indian religions, samskaras or sanskaras (Sanskrit: संस्कार) are mental impressions, recollections, or psychological imprints that colour one's thoughts and actions, and form the basis for the development of karma theory.
In Buddhism, the Sanskrit term samskara is used to describe "mental formations," "will," and many other concepts; in Pāli it is referred to as saṅkhāra.

According to various schools of Indian philosophy, every action, intent or preparation by an individual leaves a samskara (impression, impact, imprint) in the deeper structure of the person's mind. Olendo's musical odyssey commenced during the formative years of his life, when he first picked up a guitar, igniting a lifelong passion for music. This initial connection acted as a gateway to explore the vast symphony of instruments, leading him through the corridors of piano keys, the rhythmic heartbeat of drums, and the ethereal allure of various ethnic instruments during his high school years.

Driven by an insatiable curiosity for musical diversity, Olendo embarked on a quest to blend disparate genres, a pursuit that saw fruition in his early teens when he delved into music production at the tender age of twelve.

Venturing into the heart of the electronic music scene in his early twenties, Olendo found his calling amidst the hypnotic allure of Minimal Deep Tech Music, under the artistic venture of Nuendo. His prowess behind the decks carried him to venues across the eastern expanse of Australia and beyond, gracing international stages with his mesmerizing performances.

In 2022, a transformative residency at a Tulum-inspired enclave in Sydney rekindled Olendo's creative flame, steering him toward the enchanting realm of downtempo house music. Thus, the Olendo project was born, woven from the threads of his diverse musical heritage and boundless passion for genre fusion.

I've decided to upload my whole set which was recorded last Friday August 22nd 2025 at the iconic Stereo Afterhours in Montreal, Canada. I had the absolute privilege to play an open to close set from 00:00 to 9:00 am. This allowed me to fully immersive myself into the space and the energy while telling a story through music. A true unforgettable experience for me.

I hope many of you can relive this beautiful night and I hope it brings you as much joy as it did for me.

The number seven represents completeness, perfection and the pursuit of life's deeper secrets. Its meaning is tied directly to creation and has unique spiritual properties. These spiritual and metaphysical elements are what SEVN strives to deliver in his performances and through his compositions. Just like life, his intricate DJ sets are in constant evolution, taking the listener on a journey through various palettes of sound, cultures and grooves. 2020 and 2021 were breakout years for SEVN, with over 30 releases on some of the genre’s biggest labels.

Over the last few years he has played consistently in some of the best clubs in Montreal. SEVN is one of the original founders of Hidden Garden and the curator of Hidden Garden Radio.

Dan Stringer fell in love with the electronic underground music scene more than 25 years ago. Over the years he got involved as a promoter, a DJ, a producer, a radio host and a record label owner.

During the past three decades, Dan carved his career with only one goal in mind; “keeping the underground scene, culture, and sound, ALIVE”! That’s what he did while collaborating at many events playing alongside some of the most creative artists of the underground culture.

His passionate approach has allowed him to carve out a unique dirty, sexy, crazy and energetic signature that was elaborated by picking wisely, set after set, some serious fat dirty house tracks and high-octane techno-induced beats.

Ultimately this unique sound texture has brought him to play at mostly all the venues and illegal rave parties and afterparties in Canada at which he consumed an extremely huge amount of Red Bull allowing him to inspire thousands of people to dance to his beats.

Back in the studio, he's currently working on many projects mainly with his son Danyck @danyck but also with his great friend and partner in crime Ulrich Van Bell @ulrich_van_bell who is also the owner of B2P Records, Vortek Records and 5HTP Records.

Dan and his son Danyck, are also the owner of House of Sins Productions a dj collective founded in 2003 by Dan and Indica @djindica his mentor and former partner. HOS was initially created to produce and present to the Montrealer’s, the first North American Wet & Hard event introducing Berlin's sensation of the moment, Corvin Dalek (www.corvin-dalek.com) the creator of this Wet & Hard movement, that was in early 2000 a new underground electronic music style in Europe.

Over the years Dan has produced numerous successful events through HOS, namely; Wet & Hard I, II & III; Wild Nights I & II; Ménage à Trois; Le Bal en Noir I & II; Le Bal de l'Horreur to only name a few. Always hungry for more challenges, Dan collaborated with promoters and venues on many creative projects related to the underground music culture. Additionally, over the years he has been hosting different underground music radio and web radio shows. He was also was invited many times to produce special mixsets for different podcast series and web-radio shows for Proton, Frisky, Techno.FM, SinCity.FM, House Pacific, MUD Radio, DNA Radio and many more.

Recently, since 2015, Dan has had the immense pride and joy to team up with his son Danyck to share their common passion with techno music lovers from everywhere via their dj duo named "Father & Son".

Father & Son... it's a father and his son who share a common passion which is... Banging Techno music like a cheap door in the wind just for fun!

In 2018, House of Sins Records @houseofsinsrecords was born. Dan gave birth to that old dream of his that he had from the early beginning of his career. All this became possible with the collaboration of his son and the precious expertise of Ulrich Van Bell aka The Maestro.

When sunken into a techno ambiance, the organism is forced to adapt itself to its rhythm and frequencies while at the same moment they are modifying the brain's own frequencies causing extended pleasure and ecstasy.

Techno Music is a true therapy. Without Techno, Life Would Be a Mistake.
