Two races ruled over Earth
HUMANS and MONSTERS
These two lived in harmony

The two were stuck in an endless conflict
People were forced to pick sides
In the end, the HUMAN side won, and sealed the opposing side underground with a powerful spell
The monsters siding with the HUMANS either were sealed along with the opposing side, or had escaped humanity's betrayal

Storytime

* Todd walks into the meat cellar and sees a person placing dismembered body parts into a freezer full of water, they put the head in last and shut the freezer

Krispy, K says: "Alright, Thanks for waiting Holmes"

Krispy, K says: "So, what are you doing at the butchers this late? after business hours..."

Scary: "..."

* Todd walks out of the shadows

Krispy, K says: "Ah, I get it"

Krispy, K says: "You're that kid on the news, the one that's wanted for killing 99 darkeners and counting"

Krispy, K says: "What a coincidence, This was my 99th kill"

Scary: "..."

* Krispy, K picks up the Axe

Krispy, K says: "So the news says your name is Spamtodd right? Gotta know who I'm bringing in when I report what happened to the boss"

Scary: "Scary"

Krispy, K says: "Huh?"

Scary: "Scary is my dark passenger, I'm just a vessel"

Krispy, K says: "murderers can't take accountability these days"

Krispy, K says: "You don't wanna be accountable when it's all said and done so you act like your trapped and have no other choice, right?"

Long before history, before any recorded knowledge... 
A fervent WAR went on between the GLOW and the DIM.
The biggest conflict between the LIGHT and the DARK.
It was filled to the end with HATE, DREAD, LOSS.
Many have fallen to the MASSACRE, DEMOLITION, DISREPAIR.
It was as if no hope would be ever seen again from that moment on.
The damage was fatal, our universe became a flashpoint.
It is said to the people that after 8 million years,
The universe we live in shall finally burn down. 
And everything shall finally pass away.

As a result of the warfare, the opponents finally decided to part ways. 
Forever. To live the remaining time in peace. Away from each other.
Thus, the two frames of reality were finally divided.
The LIGHT WORLD and the DARK WORLD were separated.
The THREE GREAT WARRIORS - the people who were in charge of this change...
Only they could get rid of malediction, 
Letting the two world meet each other again...
And stopping our universe from falling on it's knees.
Only then, could we live in peace once more.
The said THREE GREAT WARRIORS were gone for millenniums now.
And yet, unlike this story, which was passed from generation to generation...
The true secret to lifting the curse is yet to be discovered today...

...Although, there is another way, a "backup plan".
If one of the sides were to be destroyed,
The other one could live the rest of the days, not worrying about the curse.
But that won't happen.
Our doom will surely befall soon.

*During your stay here in the Hallow World, I assume you have spotted various types of candles floating around.
*The Darkners of this world have the traditions to light up candles as a sign of FAITH in the Angel.
*They are a statement they trust the Angel will aid them in whatever battle they are going through.
*They are a wish, a sign of hope, a flying dream...
*The High Priest also sports one on the end of his golden crosier.
*That one is very special, since it seems to never die out or melt whatsoever.
*That candle symbolizes that, despite his way of acting, his words and thoughts...
*That he has never stop believing the Angel will bring a better tomorrow for all of us.
*That's what he cares most about...
*That and retirement of his diplomatic duties, haha!

*Our good old trusty templars.
*The most fearsome and capable Darkners that we have to keep our backs safe...
*Or at least back in my day.
*Don't get me wrong, they are great fighters, but I feel the fear factor was lost a loooong time ago.
*Now the only major thing they do is go down to play their horrible purge game. What a disgrace.
*Back when we had the old Captain everything seemed to be more... Interesting.
*They used to inspire respect and do everything possible to make everything around us fair and pure.
*But now we have Copón.
*At least Lady Chal is nice to be around.
