If you remember my track "Mehtap", well this is a prequel to that. I plan to have 5 different tracks as part of the "Goddess" saga. While "Mehtap" is Chapter III, Aşk is Chapter I. There will be 5 chapters in total, each one representing a different genre of Trance.

Aşk (pronounced Ahshk) is a turkish word for love. The story tells the meeting of the Moonlight Goddess Mehtap, and her true love. This genre of Trance focuses more on the classic Epic / Ambient trance style. Complex melodies but with a very laid back and chill mood.

I intend on releasing this track, so what you're hearing today is just a preview. The volume will dip every now and then to prevent ripping.

DJ/Producer that specialises in several Dance styles, not just one. I will bring to the public new Trance, Hardstyle, Hard Dance, and Old School tracks all on one album.

Biography:
Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, I have had a vision to be a Dance Producer for over 15 years. The name Sexy Simo originated from High School, where Simo is short for my surname. The name has stuck ever since.

During my school years, I learned to play the piano, which has helped me write my own music also. I have always played around with new melodies to try and produce my own song. Later on, I obtained my first synthesiser, a Roland JX-305 Groove Synth which set my production on track.

I had basically been producing amateur tracks until recently, where I have purchased the software to start making professionally sounding tracks.

Growing up, my biggest inspiration would have been Sash! I honestly think he was a genius in producing Euro style sounds and really got me into Dance music in general.

I am a huge fan of trance music, particularly Epic/Uplifting Trance. I am also very fond of the older styles of Dance and Club anthems. I am slightly disappointed in the newer styles of House and some Trance songs, but I am still focusing on producing tracks like this.

Also, within the last few years I have gotten myself into Hardstyle, following producers such as Headhunterz, D-Block & S-te-fan, Noisecontrollers, Zatox, Toneshifterz and many more. I think it is a unique style of Dance music, and I have started producing my own hardstyle tracks, and hopefully soon I will be producing some Hard Trance and Hard House tracks also.

It is my vision to be a Dance producer who specialises in all styles of Dance music, making my music more appealing to a broader range of the population. My first project has been the soundtrack I made to the independent movie 'Charity Hurts'. This is only the beginning. I am now currently working on many new tracks. Look out for more big things coming from Sexy Simo!
