I often get these times when I sink deep into thought.  I always used to lay awake at night thinking stupid things which stopped me sleeping.  This went on for years.  These days I seem to sleep pretty well, only for my deep thoughts to appear during the day.  I don't seem to think bad thoughts anymore, which is a good thing I suppose.  I just think about impossible things ... dreams, goals and stuff I find out-of-reach.
