“Dreamwork is what makes the teamwork,” says Anton Stellamans in his marvellous welcome to the 2025 SOLWorld Conference in Mechelen.

It began two years ago in Vienna, when the organisers first dreamt of what SOLWorld 2025 could be. Their dreams took shape, and what dreams they were, in a gathering full of warmth, insight and inspiration.

Introduction to SOLWorld 2025

The SOLWorld 2025 closing plenary was a joyful celebration of connection, reflection, and renewal. Participants shared surprises, cherished good company, and noticed small changes sparked by the conference’s energy. In heartfelt thanks to all who made it possible, Wim reminded everyone that the spirit of Solution Focus keeps growing through courage, kindness, and collaboration. The symbolic candle, its Bristol blue candleholder was then passed to the Land aan Zee hosts — its light carrying the community’s shared inspiration forward.
The event ended with a well deserved standing ovation for the organisers.
