In this chapter, the selfless service of Bibi Bhani Ji is narrated in which she places her hand below a swaying stool where Guru Amar Das Ji is seated. He hand becomes numb and bleeds from the splinter but yet she continues till Guru Ji wakes up. Guru Ji blesses Bibi Bhani Ji with a boon that the Guruship will remain in her lineage.

On 1st of Jeth 1767 Bikarmi (1710 CE), the dream and thirst of every Sikh to avenge the martyrdom of the Chhote Sahibzade was quenched when Nishan Sahib was raised over Sirhind and Wazir Khan punished to death. In order to achieve this mission, 6,000 Sikhs laid down their lives in this battle which marked the dawn of Khalsa Raj in Punjab.
