Bhai Harbans Tappa Ji was a caretaker of Gurdwara who also took care and served all the Sikhs who dropped by. He served them whole heartedly. Once the Sikhs complained to Guru Arjan Dev Ji that every evening, Bhai Harbans reads the compositions of Bhai Gurdas Ji. They asked, if it is permissible to read the compositions besides the ones contained within Sri Adi Granth Sahib? Guru Ji answers them and tells them that the Bani of Bhai Gurdas Ji has a very high position within Sikhi and it is permissible.

Bhai Anad Murari, Nano Latkan, Kalyana, Alam Chand Handa, Bhai Talwar, Saisara 
Bhai Anad Ji was an Atamgyani Sikh. He along with the other 5 Sikhs pleaded before Guru Ji for liberation from pains. Guru Arjan Dev Ji told them to repeatedly practice on Gurbani Shabad, perform Seva and chant Waheguru. The Sikhs said that they sometime forget to remember Satnam. Guru Ji replies that one needs to practice and have  full conviction. In summary Guru Ji said to: 
1. Have humility
2. To control the mind by Brahmgian and virtues like Sat Santokh Dya Dharam Vichar 

Bhai Bhanu Sughar and Bhai Jagna
These 2 Sikhs came to Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji and asked, “We try to control our senses and Prana (life forces) whilst performing Simran. We wish to establish our concentration on Almighty.” Guru Ji replies, “One has to kill their vices, pride and acknowledging reality. Only once you have done this, the mind will come in control.” The Sikhs requested Guru Ji to explain on how to achieve Brahmgian. Guru Ji replies, “The mind rides on the horse like life forces. If one tries to control, it becomes more fickle. Concentration will help to control the life forces and the mind will come in control. In order for this to happen, one needs to accept the world as false. Similar to a mirage.” 

Bhai Jait and Singaroo
These 2 Sikhs were warriors and looking at them Guru Arjan Dev Ji uttered, “The sixth form (of Guru Nanak Dev Ji) will carry weapons. Stay with Sri Hargobind. You will be earn the happiness of this and the after world.” Both of them accepted and stayed for their entire lives with Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji. Once they went back to their house for 2 months. There, a Yogi gifted them a Resayan (deactivated mercury). When they returned, the Resayan was gifted to Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji and mentioned the various qualities like strength boosting.” Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji says, “This mind is like a mercury. Those who have deactivated this mind, will not have any interest in Resayan. This Resayan has no value to me.”

Gurpertap Suraj Granth Ras 3 Chapter 66

Corresponding to 21 Vaisakh 1762Bk (1705CE), An Exceptional Battle of Mukatsar was fought by 40 Sikhs against an attack by 25,000 Mughals. Sikhs won this battle within mere 3 Hours & 45 Minutes. This saga concludes with Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s unparalled blessings.

On 1st of Jeth 1767 Bikarmi (1710 CE), the dream and thirst of every Sikh to avenge the martyrdom of the Chhote Sahibzade was quenched when Nishan Sahib was raised over Sirhind and Wazir Khan punished to death. In order to achieve this mission, 6,000 Sikhs laid down their lives in this battle which marked the dawn of Khalsa Raj in Punjab.
