[as of right now id say im content. but as the days go on and the clock ticks i catch myself falling back into my old habits. nothing to stop me. no one to pull me out, and as i look around i realize how badly i dont want to stop. it brings me comfort knowing that theres at least something that keeps me grounded. even if its not good, its still something. but the worst part about it is that the more i do it, the worse i get mentally. is it worth destroying my mental health just for a euphoric feeling? but then theres always that urge to see how bad i can get before i completely give up. how far i can push myself down the wrong path until im completely lost. i know it sounds bad but it gives me a rush. something.. exciting.]
