Courtesy of 22 Ventures Ent., & the artists themselves, all proceeds donated at "Name Your Own Price" via the SpaceLAB Bandcamp store will be donated directly to the Recovery Fund for Lisa Vick, mother of the songs' producer Jake Palumbo. Ms. Vick was diagnosed early this summer with an aggressive form of breast cancer, as well as the rare blood disease Hemochromatosis. She has recently underwent a double mastectomy surgery, & will begin aggressive chemotherapy this month to begin the long road to becoming cancer-free. Needless to say, medical bills shall begin piling up quickly, & any contributions to the fight no matter how small are valued.

Liner Notes:

In 2015 I embarked on a journey to find the remaining members of the short-lived Vienna underground band Paternoster, because my friend Eothen "Egon" Alapatt of Now-Again Records wanted to re-issue their first and only record, one of Euro prog rock's holy grails. I met Franz Wippel, the band's mastermind and songwriter, and Paternoster was re-released as part of the Now-Again Reserve subscription service in April 2016. Around the same time I sent the master files to a few of my beatmaking friends from Germany and Austria, resulting in this collection of remixes and versions. From underground trap to throwback boom-bap and afro house — Paternoster still sounds very much alive, even 44 years after its release.

Shabaam Sahdeeq is a hip hop artist from Brooklyn New York City that has featured along side music icons such as Pharoahe Monch, Mos Def, Eminem, Busta Rhymes, Red Man, Method Man, Kool G Rap, Common, Talib Kwali and more. Sahdeeq is internationally recognized for his work on the classic Soundbombing & lyricist lounge series.

In 1998 Sahdeeq collaborated with DJ Spinna . Mr complex & Apani B to form the group Polyrhythm Addicts. "Rhyme Related" their first album which exploded on the Independent hip hop scene and gained an overwhelming critical reception, and paved the way for their solo careers. They came back together in 2007 for their second album "Break Glass" with new member Tiye Phoenix

In 2001 after the success of Polyrhythm Addicts first album Sahdeeq was catapulted into stardom from the "Simon Says" remix with Pharoahe Monch and multiple releases during Rawkus records glorious golden era. Sahdeeq has since released several albums projects, Mix tapes and videos, and also appeared at some of the biggest hip hop festivals in the world. He is regarded as One of New York's top underground artist.

Sahdeeq is currently setting his mark in today's music climate. His recent work has been receiving rave reviews in some of the biggest publications such as The Source, XXl, Village Voice and others.
Sahdeeq's new critically acclaimed album entitled "Keepers of the lost art" which won "Best indie album 2014" at (The Underground Music Award) is out now on Below Systems alongside Marvial Entertainment and 22ventures. Sahdeeq is currently working on several new music projects as well as dabbling in The art world.
