It was from Nadia’s idea that the “Ostrov” Festival was born.

Let’s begin by noticing: how am I right now, what’s alive in me? We start by slowing down. Close your eyes. The first track will last for a while — use it to dive inward. With each exhale, sink deeper. Another inhale, and on the exhale — deeper still.
Keep moving, even if it’s just breath or a gentle sway. Notice your thoughts, your breath, your body. Connect with your center, fall into your core, and let yourself stay present — right in the wobble.
This set is an invitation to remain with yourself when things shake, hum, or blur — when it wobbles. Not to fix it, but to feel it fully.

In the Wobble | Ecstatic Dance Set

You are invited to dance not only the movement, but also the pause between them.
To slow down.
To give your body time to listen, as if meeting itself for the first time.

When the music stops leading and movement begins to rise from within, something shifts.
The pause becomes a quiet space where everything external fades, and you can start to hear how you breathe, what matters, and what wants to emerge.

In dance, this moment is especially vivid: the music softens, the body listens, and stillness becomes alive.
If you allow yourself not to rush, life will gently show you where to move next.
