Shadow (Samuel Morgan)is a Liberian musician, singer, composer, producer, and audio engineer who live and work in the Buduburam Liberian refugee camp near Accra, Ghana. He has spent most of his adult life in the run down refugee camp making and producing music, partly to earn a living,and partly to inspire other Liberians with hope for the future. in 2005, he did the theme song for the 2005 election held in Liberia call long live Liberia(or vote right). in 2008 he and other refugee musicians in the camps cut their first international CD project with the university of Alberta Canada lead by professor Michael Frishkopf head of the musical department  university of Alberta. shadow produce most of the tracks on the CD. In 2009 shadow and his self name entertainment company call SHADOW'S ENTERTAINMENT organize the first ever July 26, 2009 Independence day celebration street jam on the 18, right on the refugee camp in Ghana. in honor of the 2009 independence celebration, shadow organize the making of a song call ''SWEET LIBERIA''  which has been use by almost every Liberian across the world for their birth day and other evens Liberian celebrate. the song sweet Liberia has about 16 great Liberian from Ghana on it. it has also been play on the nation radio stations in Ghana and Liberia. by the help of Faya of tv3 mentor 3 and other Liberian musicians in Ghana, he repeated the same project on 2010 July 26. he was able to invite the Ghanians public, musicians from across Ghana to join the celebration. he also publicize the program on national television in Ghana . Despite the deplorable situation in the refugee camp. Shadow and other Liberian refugees try to stay positive and represent Liberia the best way they can, through their wonderful music.
In November 2010, Shadow represent Liberia at the all African traditional music festival in Benin call the SICA Festival. 28 countries in Africa participated, and 16 countries when for the final, with shadow representing Liberia winning two out of the five African awards that was won. on behave of Liberia shadow won the best song and the best African video of the year 2010. He's the brain behind RMTV(Refugee Music Television).
shadow have two album to his credit in Liberia, and his most resent one is been promoted in Ghana and Liberia.. u can download shadow's song from one of the biggest downloading site in Ghana call www.bigxgh.com ...
