In the space of just 6 months Shadows Collide self-produced their debut album in their small home studio and signed to New York label, Flavorlab.
 
Shadows Collide is a collaboration between Australian composers Paul Anstey and Sonny Taverna. Both producers and multi-instrumentalists, their dreamy indie-folk combines fragile guitars, uplifting harmonies and lush production.

“There is a sense of intimacy and closeness, not only between the two musicians that make up Shadows Collide, but additionally in the personality and tenderness of their writing and production style. Shadows Collide continue to produce songs for television in the U.S. Several of their songs have been featured on MTV’s Catfish, while others have appeared on TV shows such as MTV Suspect, MTV Girl Code and HBO’s hugely successful documentary series Vice. Climbing Trees also produce custom music for Viacom's catalogue.
