Ya Msafer Wahdak – is a hit song that was performed and sang by Mohamed Abdel Wahab. It represents a musical legacy that is known worldwide. Its lyrics were written by Husein Al Sayed and Its music was composed by Mohamed Abdel Wahab. In this production, The four musicians have reformed, rearranged and redefined this master piece using their innovative musical vision and touch through bringing in the flamenco flavor and mixing it with its oriental spirit along with western accurate percussion line to draw attention to this song and have people look at it differently and live the musical diversity that the four musicians have put in it, so as to present to the music world an old master piece but remade through our Palestinian touch.

What's behind? - Richard/Shafeeq Alsadi

Richard Alsadi, known by his name Shafeeq Alsadi, is a Palestinian Qanoun Master, vocalist, and composer who is known for preserving cultural heritage and the richness of Palestinian and Arab music. Shafeeq was born in July 17th, 1990 in Jerusalem. He studied music at the Palestinian Music Academy of Edward Said, where he learned to play the Qanoun.  Shafeeq has many released official productions and is a performer and educator who has been working in several places. He is specialized in eastern fusion music as well as western mixed music giving the Qanoun an individual character. He uses that instrument to play both, traditional and western music. He co-founded the well-known band Lamma - “Assembly” in Arabic - and promotes such values as peace, tolerance and multiculturalism through music. Shafeeq is Qanoun trainer at Bethlehem academy of music, he also works in different community-music programs in Palestine, which are a combination of music and social work for the refugees in the camps in Aida, al-Azzeh, Dheisheh and in the city of Bethlehem.
