This is my most favorite mix and has the most emotions tied to it because it personally got me through some of the roughest points in my life. As the mix correlates, there will always be someone in life trying to find you, hear you, and comfort you. You just have to look and open up. Now is as good a time as any to begin practicing self love, self care, and self acceptance. These all include treating your own mind and body with respect, doing activities that bring you joy, and surrounding yourself with things and people that make you happy.

Though the songs "Idhayathai Yedho Ondru," and "Chogada" are romantic love songs in the context of their respective films, the lyrics are perfect examples of self-affirmations and ways to have a positive dialogue with yourself. Loving others starts with loving all parts of yourself.
