New track ‘Missing Teeth’, out today follows on from 'Cacao' and investigates the mystery of the duo’s local bakery owner’s teeth, flipping their confusion into an oddball dance friendly jam.

Since their debut in 2016, the Belgian duo have steadily released a series of acclaimed EPs across the last five years. Now with their fourth instalment for the label Asa Moto serve up some of their most refined work to date, expertly disregarding genre boundaries and conventions for an eclectic blend of off-kilter yet highly considered sounds grounded by sublime pop sensibilities.

Bienvenue Recordings is proud to present the first recording of Secret Witness. Created in winter 2020, the band brings together producers Gabriel Rei and Gene Tellem, singer/songwriter Laroie, and drummer Pascal Deaudelin. ‘Volume I’ is presented as the fruit of this reunion, an ideal pairing for seekers of dancefloor influenced reflection. Night tunes to best capture the driving and soulful essence of deep house, with lyrical play to help you imagine. Recorded between Saint-Sauveur and Montreal, this six track mini-album reaches for sophistication, playfulness and romance... we can all agree that it is a useful three.

Original Info & Track List: I think it was 1985 when I first heard "Mystery of Love" by Chicago's own Mr. Larry Heard aka Mr. Fingers. The Tune was very gritty and raw but it was very very Smooth, completely Soulful and totally Different. From that moment on, Mr. Fingers music always seemed to be relevant to Me and his cuts were in the 'Crates' of many of my DJ Friends in Detroit. Soon after Larry partnered with Robert Owens and Ron Wilson and they formed Fingers Inc. and recorded their double album Smash: "Another Side" (1988) 

The late 80's was a massive time for House Music and Larry Heard was definitely making his musical Mark. Tunes like: "Washing Machine" "Can You Feel it" and "Bring Down The Walls" shook dance floors from New York to Detroit and even out to The UK. On This Mix, "Finger Print" I wanted to feature some lesser known tunes that Larry Heard did Remixes on: Collaboration's with, Alton Miller, Nick Curly, Moodymac and Ananda Project as well as a few others that are Totally Amazing and feature that "Fingers" signature sound! Larry Heard's sound is so jazzy, melodic, distinctive and completely Funky! So Please grab something Smooth to Sip, Plug in this Phones and Enjoy... The Finger Print of Mr. Larry Heard!!!
