Shai Rox is a musician to the backbone. His interest of music has been present since he was a young boy and he is unstoppable in the music scene. At just 18, Shai Rox starts to manifest himself as a top-liner, who can break through any moment!
Shai Rox was raised in a musical family and such, he learnt a great part of his musical talent from his grandfather, who played in his own band. He taught him how to play a several amount of instruments at young age. Therefore, Shai Rox had been a fanatic drummer for a while. At a certain moment he decided to continue this way of producing beats and drums onto digital level; a DJ is born!
Shai Rox started as a disk jockey and producer of a rap group, in which he provided the performances and tracks with the hottest and hardest hip-hop beats . His first performance was a fact at age 13. Such, he entered a DJ contest in the ‘’Paard van Troje’’ in the Hague. In spite of the other DJ’s, who had much more experience and who were older than him, Shai Rox surprised the crowd with his skills and ended very high on the list.
After a matter of time his interest qua music became more varied and his deepening in music styles became more diverse. At age 15, this made him decide to go his own way and start developing himself in a style that was most interesting to him: house/dance.
It didn’t take long before Shai Rox owned the house/dance style, because his first performance found place in nowhere less than Tenerife, Spain. Here, he rocked a local hotel and loosened everything up that used to be firm! In a rapid tempo his bookings succeeded one another. Such, he has had many performances, including many performances at the most successful party concept FLAVOURZ. Also, he can name himself resident of his partially established party line, named: ICE CREAM. Due to that, this young DJ’s stage experience is unknown great. He has also spinned at dope party’s together with DJ’s such as: Vato Gonzales, Hardwell, D-Rashid, Quintino, and many more.
His talent and growing status as a DJ have been noticed in other scenes apart from the music scene. The clothing line ‘’BOEM clothing’’ showed their interest in this young DJ and he knew how to get himself a sponsoring contract.
In the future, Shai Rox is planning to develop himself by producing many tracks and rocking the stage at many clubs and events all over Holland. With his passion of music, sense of rhythm and great motivation and perseverance, he wants to achieve that, which he has his eyes upon in the future; to develop himself more and more as an artist and to entertain crowds with his sublime art of spinning! Eyes wide open, ears pricked up. Shai Rox is coming people!
