If you want something that sounds new, you could do a lot worse than to check out Shake Tiger Shake and their new single 'Break These Chains' which sounds like an interesting fuse of modern electronica alongside TLC style soul. It's exciting and could be the first signs of a proper breakout act. 'Break These Chains' does exactly what a good single should do - introduce you to an act and invite you to dig in a little deeper to find out just what they're about. 

Combining beats, dirty bass-lines, synths & soulful vocals, Shake Tiger Shake are a British electronic duo. Given the thumbs up by XFM's Dan O'Connell ("they got tunes"), STS have previously been featured as band of the day / week by The Guardian, Pop Justice & Notion Magazine.

Virtually unrecognisable from their original incarnation and only keeping their name - Shake Tiger Shake's sound is unmistakably current. Blending influences from hip-hop, disco, deep house and electronica, the production / vocalist duo have crafted a niche that sits comfortably between all four.
 
Comprising of two individuals with a mutual passion for hook-laden pop tunes, Shake Tiger Shake are attracting numerous industry illuminati as fans. They recently played a GQ magazine style night on Carnaby Street and with an album of material already written there is genuine excitement towards their future - indeed Break These Chains has already gained the band label interest after plays on 6music and Amazing Radio. It is being released as a single on 3rd March 2014.

Now residing in London, Paul and Sarah’s sound is unmistakably current, blending influences from disco, deep house, 80's boogie  and electronica. The two have created a sound which sits comfortably between all four. They possess a mutual passion for hook-laden pop tunes. They recently played a GQ Magazine style night on Carnaby Street, gaining the attention of Dermot O’Leary on his Radio Two show and Dan O Connell (XFM).
