We’ve agreed with Shango Records to publish a mix in September 2023. Unfortunately I couldn't find enough time & inspiration at that time & decided to create it when I'll be ready. By the way, since that time Alpaqua died & was reborn into Melamanos. Recently I felt an abundance & desire to compiled something special for Shango, and now is done. I selected some very authentic & soulful downtempo tracks with oriental flavour for my storytelling. Enjoy it!

Our new Garacast #39 from Sukhmanee makes us think of a walk through the streets of Cuba. It seems to capture every mood of a city by day and by night. The music leads us through the sad and lazy suburbs where old and lonely ladies sit at the roadside and smoke cigars. Past secret loves in dark corners and to a place where they dance Salsa. It is fun to follow this walk and let the scenes arise in his head. Come and see for yourself.
