Gypsy Reggae is an original song that came to life with just vocals and guitar, but soon flourished into a co-creation of collaboration with a very talented Musician and now a good friend named Sam. 

Sam produced this track for an assignment at Sae Byron Bay and also played the drums throughout, with only a small amount of material over the course of a only few days. This project was quite a wild ride, and I was totally jumping into the deep end with something very new, but I found it a good leaning experience as to what it would be like to record in a studio environment! 

We jumped into the Neve studio at Sae with a few other talented musicians and over only a few sessions, managed to record this song. However, to me what makes it groovy is Sam's amazing producing abilities and how he made a small seedling grow to be a beautiful flower. 

I feel truly blessed and grateful to be apart of a project like this, and hope this can be a starting point to things I would love to do in the future. Until then, I hope you enjoy this track <3 p.s on a personal reflection, some of my vocals are a bit off (I was so nervous) but I did my best and I hope it shows xxx Much love Shallie
