Nphonix first made his mark on the electronic world via a slew of dancefloor-oriented drum'n'bass tunes. Known today for some great releases on R&S, Hyperboloid, Subtitles and Balans among many other labels, he's now focused on a more polyrhythmic electronic palette, including bass, techno and breakbeat. This new EP composed with fellow producers Daniel Myer aka Architect (half of legendary EBM/industrial project Haujobb, and of techno duo Rendered with 14anger), Fisky and Bleep is a collection of eclectic bangers. The tunes are designed for the dancefloor populated by forward-thinking clubbers and contains many influences - from dub techno and memphis rap to IDM and french touch - while keeping a pumping rave energy.
