Excellent reissue work from Helsinki/London Cold Blow Records, unearthing a short-lived project by British musician Mark Woollard. His Dr. Rhythm project ran from 1991 to 1992, and on the basis of the compilation this cute track is plucked from, it should have lasted a lot longer. Plump bass, noodly synth flute and cheap sax samples, choir pads, dramatic strings and 808 percussion all present and correct.
