I saw with my own eyes the effects of this pathology on my grandfather: a man proud of his life, proud of having achieved great goals during his journey in a difficult historical period.Year after year, he moved less and less, getting out of bed became the main goal of the day.He has always been a great fighter, but this disease, like so many others, is difficult to cure .I know that with this post I will not change the world, but I have decided to leave a memory, dedicating a song produced by me to my grandfather.The song is titled "Zillo”, like his nickname, and you can buy it via this Bandcamp link:

Caution! For the fourthcoming release on Dance Petrol Records, Schegg goes into full attack mode with his latest EP „Shir Khan“! Previously present on the label showcasing his skills on the remix duties, the munich dj and producer returns for a four track, so get ready for some electro jungle boogie! The EP builds on broken beaks intertwined with synthetic soundscapes and lays it foundation on heavy kicks and gnarly basslines! Catching the listener with a minimum number of elements used to max effect, the lead track of the EP „Shir Khan“ shows who’s the real king of the jungle! „Baloo“ continues with pan pipe delight hitting just the right spot for pure balearic bliss. Sticking to the rules of „Shir Khan“, the third track „Bagheera“ returns with synth madness, diving into more mellow and melodic fields. „Kaa“ ditches the 4/4 beat entirely and closes the EP with some feel good broken beats.

Love Above Records is super proud to present Tell Someone They're Lush - the debut EP by Melbourne trio Lush Life. The brainchild of Horatio Luna, Ryan Berkeley and On-Ly, Lush Life blurs the lines between a jazz trio and a live electronic outfit. The project was born on the ethos of improvisation and replacing traditional jazz drumming with 808's and 909's, as well as reimagining jazz standards into house weapons.

Tell Someone They're Lush is a collection of works from the last 2 years, all of which started as live jams and reworked for the dance-floor. The EP showcases Lush Life's varied sounds from ambient excursions to free form jazzy deep house. The last track Desert Generator gets the full club treatment by Love Above extended family member Dawn Again, who remixes the song into levels only explored by submarine.
