After realizing that music in the frequency of 432 hz is improving my health and well-being, I started to mix music in this specific vibration of standard pitch a=432 hz.
"432 hz has a pure tone of math fundamental to nature, because it resonates with 8 hz (Schumann resonance), the elctromagnetic beat of the earth. "
8 hz is also the frequency of the double helix in DNA replication.
I am also juggling with other frequencies, so called "Solfeggio-frequencies", while watching myself to observe any changes, regarding mood, health and consciousness.
