This is a good tool for relaxing but it's important for me because it all began with this song. A dear friend ask me to do something representing the earth stop rotating for a video. It was my first track with 432hz pitch.
I made several experiment to find that a Fibonacci sequence was the more natural way to slow the track down. The song is 144 bpm and starts slowing down after 144 measures. After 432 seconds starts a binaural frequency of 8hz. So ...thank you Claus

It's a bowl played 2 times for about10 min, one on the left channel and the other on the right. It's a very powerful sound that helps to meditate and restore energy.
