How many of you guys do this thing where you feel like you need to protect others from you? It’s such a humanoid thing. Here’s what I want you to look at: What is actually your core agenda? All of you can look at this for yourselves, whenever it’s relevant. Because a lot of what the intention behind leaving Access was — for some of these people, not for everybody — was to trigger a doubt that disconnects you from the joy of receiving, the ease of caring, and the freedom of knowing what you know. That’s the intention: to pit you against that.

And if you look at it, when you’re protecting others from you, you have to ask: Okay, so what’s really true here? What I do — when I realize something like that — is I ask myself:
What is my intention?
What’s really my agenda?
What’s my agenda in this business?
What’s my agenda in this facilitation?
What’s my agenda in this conversation?
What’s my agenda in this relationship?

And I’ve looked at this in everything. Because you don’t just have one agenda in all relationships — you have different agendas in different relationships.
