Picked a song to play around with mixing vocals with backing harmonies. Exploring depth and space via reverbs and delays. In the end i really prefer the up close, dry and tight sound you hear now rather a reverb soaked empty space. I was trying to find that "Rustic Cottage country sound" This was as close to what i wanted that i got.

Rotterdam - Chuck Ragan Cover

A cover of a classic punk rock song that was one of the many loved anthems of my group of friends and fam.  Put a little spin on it as an excuse to muck around with micing acoustic guitars and a chance to record the telecaster kit i put together. Enjoy.

Blind (Face To Face Cover)

This song is an older one. Probably written back about 1997 or 1998. It was one of the last songs to be written by the Active version of this band, Hectic. It was never recorded or captured to our knowledge so after Phil and Myself dabbling in home recording on other ends of the country we thought it would be cool to redo all the old Hectic songs with the use of home recoridng gear and the internet. 

Needless to say, things came up and the project got put on the back burner a few times. 

this was the last reference passed around.
