Last Summer I went through a hard breakup. 
But I aso knew that part of the reason we were staying together was due to fear. 
Fear of losing connection and never finding it again

And it got me thinking- how many of us stay in relationships that aren't the best for us simply because we're afraid of the alternative even if the alternative might ultimately be the far better and healthier choice?
