I have come out of a really difficult time in my life, in the past 6 months i have been driven to a point of madness, i have felt detached from reality, depressed, anxious and worthless. Amid-st my sobriety and my reflection i started writing in the past 3 days and discovered that i have been living in the past with hurtful memories inflicted by certain family members and people i called friends in my high school. I have felt anger, fear, and hostility in the past. No more now as I have went deep down in my meditative states and have found the essence of the problem in my core. I am learning to release this now and i feel like my eyes have been opened, i see clearly now the life that i am meant to take. All i can say to the people that will hear me, truly ask yourselves everyday if you are contributing to a self destructive path, because i have, i have lived the past 7 years in acceleration but with no direction, only the comfort of music to ease my pain. I no longer have to hold on to the past. What is important is the now, please if you have children brothers or sisters be very kind to them be kind to your neighbor show compassion in the presence of aggression show love in the presence of fear. As Generic as I sound I stand by my word, if you do not believe that there was a shift of consciousness trust me when i say that there is and was. My 6 months in this dark place, in the solitude of my mind a captive prisoner trapped along this sense of detached reality; has shown me inner strength, there are those out there who have supported me tremendously, i only see that now more clearly and i accept your love. I believe that i am amid-st a very large awakening, the path ahead of me is difficult but it is tainted with love. So allow me to be formal. I am sorry for every person i have abused, teased, or hurt. I am sorry for somewhat may have come across as a show off, i was trying to fit in somewhere in this life, i am sorry for what ever sins or bad ill intentions i have put out there, i am sorry for my ignorance, i am sorry for not being there if you wanted me to. but I am not sorry for being the person that i am at this point and time. Please turn around to the person next to you and show them the true meaning of compassion love and empathy, and if you have barriers of communication with your loved ones and your family then start with the truth, with a clean slate and a brave smile, because the light of the warrior shines in with everyone of us. and we should all be shining together.

These are the DJ exploits from The Fresh Prince of Bahrain. 17 years in the game !  A Multi Genre Dj touring seasonally on the East Coast Australian Festival circuit and sometimes the world. A veteran of the art, Nawaf brings a plethora of genres, and mixing techniques to the table injecting a lot of hype and energy into his sets. 

A voice for the Australian Festivals, Nawaf is a wordsmith who comedically, theatrically, and passionately delivers speeches at opening and closing ceremonies of festivals for the last ten years including recently Esoteric 2023/24.

His recent projects are taking him into the world of podcasting, voice acting, and copy writing.
