Jammin' with myself. Just wanted to make a loop of an idea that I shall extend on later. The title is something I scribbled on a piece of paper when I was 5 years old.

Because I don't really have anything on here piano-oriented, here is a poppy jam. Another version of numb! A few flubs. Just me and sally (the piano). Also only a snippet of the song, maybe someday I'll do a complete and perfect version?  Do I even need to say anything else?

A beautiful Thursday afternoon of jammin', necessary singalongs, and great company. So fortunate to have met so many unique people in my life thus far, and i'm particularly grateful for those I've been lucky enough to play with. This is my favorite Medicine Moon tune, although this recording is sans a Sammy and via iPhone I still think it can melt hearts. Enjoy!

Meanwhile at the tannery, Shantel attempts to record some jamz after drinking several Maximus IPA's and trying to shut out the sound of open mic night downstairs. It happens to be a bit past 11:00, so I'm attempting to use my *inside voice*. Portishead classic done Shanti style.

This is what happens when my boyfriend and I decided to sit down and write a song with each other before lunch. NOTE: I get mad at my phone at the very end. Totally forgot this existed, this is at least a year old. 

Ustumah

This is an imperfect, one-take version of me fucking around with my new toy (Tera Echo). I had a few glasses of wine, and this reflects how worn thin I feel (along with the majority of the world) from working my bones thin from other people who profit from my labor while I have no time and energy to live for myself. So I do things like this. (run on sentence) Oh and this is also a cover of Marina Diamandis's "Numb" (without the bridge and the outro because I dgaf) 

CAUTION: fuck ups are abundant, because I do live/one-take recordings of all my stuff. 

Self explanatory. Made while I was very sick with a never-ending sinus infection. 

Bears swimming through space

I was bored, so i did a one-take cover of Mazzy Star's "Into Dust". Did a little improv on the bridge to spice things up (...yeah, not because I forgot how it went or anything). Sorry for the lack of mixing, as I use a shitty iPhone to record my crap and the vocals are clearly overpowered by my Tera Echo. ENJOY!
