Kundalini is a form of Primal Energy, or Shakti, located at the base of the spine. Different Spiritual traditions teach methods of "awakening" Kundalini for the purpose of reaching deep Meditation, Enlightenment and Bliss. This Mantra gently stirs Shakti into her active state.
