Today is my good friend @happyapple77 's birthday and i made this cover of senbonzakura which is his favorite song as a gift.

Special thanks to @kitsuneeeeeeeeeki for mixing the cover for me and Poser-P for trying to record a PV for this cover, although it was not successful.

And i was inspired by @adam-edmond-494400960 MEIKO JUSTICE project

This song is about the westernization of Japan, which happened during the Meiji Restoration. Despite having an upbeat, oriental track, the song contains rather dark themes, mentioning guillotines and ICBMs. In addition, the lyrics state things such as "Songs of lament go unheard" (嘆ク唄モ聞コエナイヨ) and "This is a banquet inside a steel jail cell" (此処は宴　鋼の檻).
