THE SHORT STORY:
A two time Juno Award winner, and inductee in the BC Entertainment Hall of Fame, Shari Ulrich was first heard in the early 70’s with the quirky Pied Pumkin playing fiddle, mandolin, dulcimer, flute & sax.  Her defection to the Hometown Band and a high profile launch to national recognition led to her solo career as a singer songwriter. Her latest release “Everywhere I Go” (Borealis Records) was engineered and produced by her daughter Julia Graff, also a multi-instrumentalist. It is her 8th solo album, and the 23rd of her career including her work with Pied Pumkin,  Ulrich Henderson Forbes, her trio with Barney Bentall & Tom Taylor, and The High Bar Gang. Shari is also a songwriting educator, producer, and composer for film and television.
