Sleepless nights, nostalgia so intense that it induces sweat, being homesick, life, childhood memories of listening to the radio on the car ride to the beach, loops and seventh chords running through the head. Recorded and "mixed" in various bedrooms with broken Sony headphones, which in retrospect is kind of a shame. I got by with a  little help from my friends on some of these.
