Cloud9 are proud to present our opening night at the Garage, London. Giving you the best in the deep and soulful House music through out the night, provided by the leading DJ's form the U.K and worldwide.

In the main room we are excited to have U.K House and Disco legend, JOEY NEGRO who is the most well-known pseudonym of master British DJ/producer/remixer Dave Lee. Under a plethora of other monikers including Jakatta, Akabu, Doug Willis, Raven Maize, The Sunburst Band, Sessomatto, and Z Factor, Dave was one of the first artists to incorporate disco samples in house music when he began his production career in 1988. Indeed, he was in the studio making credible and outstanding British House music when many luminaries around him were still busy getting to grips with their decks. Little has changed since then and Dave is still widely regarded as one of the most commercially successful and in-demand artists on the global scene.

With full support from Rhemi, who have taken the soulful House scene by storm in the last year. Producing top quality music, and working with artist such the likes of Quentin Harris and Lynn Lockamy as well running their own Rhemi Music imprint. Soul heaven / Groove Fest resident Sy Sez will be warming proceedings up on the night to get your dancing feet going for what is going to be a amazing night of music!!

If this wasn't enough already, we have a very special Dj/Producer flying in from Balitmore,USA for an exclusive performance on the night. Full details will be announced on 30th of March.

Upstairs we take things a little deeper with some of London's most renowned underground Dj's in the form of Rap Saunders from the legendary London night Soulmates, Jamesey from Making Moves,Leon Paul of Nyumba Deep and last but not least Shaun Ashby and Joshua Allen from Fused Records.

Just a mix I quickly threw together a little while back.  Old School house from the point of view of an old School hip hop, funk and RnB dj...  So the song selection may come as little surprise....

2023 - Totally forgot about this mix let alone this site.  Seeing all the comments, likes and number of plays, has humbled me.  Thank you for listening.  It was a heartfelt mix from someone who grew up to soul rnb and hip hop.  I was transitioning to becoming a wedding dj at the time and have since (pre pandemic after mom passing) quit. I rarely dj anymore but seeing the comments have inspired me to fire up the turn tables.
Song selection for me is everything... however I will admit there are quite a few rough spots in the mix.  That being said, thanks for the constructive critisism, and expressions of appreciation.  FOr me the best compliment has ALWAYS been "OMG this has brought me back, thank you".
