Rebirth was inspired by a series of events, happenings and awareness that flooded my consciousness the day after me birthday. A good friend mentioned the word during out conversation that very morning. A peer in the industry posted a birthday message asking if I was Rebirthed? I went with what I felt when I read the message. It stood out for me. Like it made a loud noise. I get online the morning of the 10th and I see a post on an astrology group I follow about the transits at the time - Rebirth. Rebirth was another channeled set.

Inspired by the incredible Pleasurekraft’s seismic set at Truth Night Club in South Africa, Jan 2025—Drumcode Live sparked the fire—this mix marks the moment I shattered personal barriers. BPMs surged, techniques stretched, and everything clicked into place, thanks to the PTDJA course and the mentors who shaped my sound. From unreleased weapons to timeless anthems, this playlist hits with purpose. 

The underpinning idea was to include all the artists that has inspired me from beginning to this point in time and a smidgen of my soul's trajectory. ‪@nicolemoudaber‬ , Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Dustycloud, Thomas Schumacher’s track ‘Mirazh” (I first heard in Pleasurekraft’s set) that still moves me to tears, The Yellowheads remix of Sandstorm, ‪@MetodiHristovOfficial‬ and SetAbout artists, your influence ran deep. No wait! Every track included! The process took weeks. Just Wow! 

This isn’t just a mix—it’s a tribute. 

A high voltage offering to all the artists showcased and PTDJA team and mentors who shaped my sound from day one, to those who lit the fuse in recent years, months and weeks leading up to the awards. The playlist was chosen with fierce intention, channeling a spiritual, electrifying energy that builds, drives, and doesn’t let up.

So I never know what I'm gonna do with a set at start. I generally zone in and start creating. It ultimately takes a life of it own. Sometimes I have an idea and I don’t. I allow my IntUItion to guide me and Spirit itself has blown me away most times. I often randomly find just the right track for the right position within the set. This here set....was guided totally by Spirit....once again. It took me back two years (Oct 2015) to a time and place. It must be where I left my heart and had to first go find my soul. What a journey it has been indeed. I SENSE...I FEEL that the DivineMasculine & DivineFeminine are in harmony. Deep shit I know:-). Would not have it any other way. I hope you enjoy as much as I loved creating it for U & I. My Lansie. I didn't forget you. It's hard to forget an amazing incredible soul such as you. There's not much more I can say that hasn't been said by so many of your friends already. So I thought I'd show you instead. You listened to every one of my sets. You were with me at the beginning, beside me at gigs and believed in me....even when I didn't. No this is not about me....but YOU and your unstoppable love in our friendship. If only I knew. Thank you Ilana Lipman Dembo. No words can express how much you are missed.
