I Will Go

I was born in North Carolina in the United States of America. I’ve been blessed to be in a Godly home where both my parents were ministers in the Gospel. At the age of 10, I decided to give my life to Christ and I have never looked back. 
	Ever since I was young my family will always sing specials in church. My mom will make me and my sister sing duets. This gave me exposer at a young age to performing. It has always been in my heart to be involved in the music industry. However, in life there are always trials. At the age of 16 my mother passed away from Breast Cancer. This shook my world, but one thing my mom taught me was to have a personal relationship with the Lord. I knew I couldn’t give up on God. I kept the faith, and kept running for Jesus. 
	At 23 I had the opportunity to attend Actors, Models and Talent for Christ competition in Orlando Florida. This opportunity taught me more of what the music industry Intel. At that time I was not ready to pursue the music career because I was planning a wedding. Later that year I got married to a South African man. He himself is an artist. After we married I moved to South Africa. I have been living in South Africa for 4 years. I never lost hope that I will make an album. I knew I had to wait on Gods’ timing. Late 2014 I was blessed to meet a man that will produce my album. It was God who allowed us to cross paths.
	 We got started working in the studio right away.  I released my single, Rain Down” in August of 2015, and I just finished my debut album. It was released September of 2017. The Album is called “ I Will Go”. It is on Itunes, Google Play, Tidal, Spotify, and Simfy Africa. Can order the album from me as well. My prayer is to be used as a tool for God. I want to be a beacon for his love and to enlighten others about his saving grace.
	My Life experiences have proven to be the inspiration behind my music. I know each of my songs can encourage and strengthen the listener because it did that for me. My songs are intended to put a desire in the listener heart, drawing them closer to God. To realise that even in their flaws Jesus still loves them. I am excited share my album with the world, and even more excited of the message that God has given me! It is infused with a touch of jazz, soul, and gospel style music. I pray we open up our hearts and minds to what the spirit of the Lord has to say.
