A special limited-run lathe cut 7” for you here, featuring the solo material of Kulku's compelling frontman, Wenzlovar.

With 'You Declared the War/She's Born', Andreas Riska shares material recorded at his home studio in Berlin during down time from the intriguing No-Age collective's activities. Listeners familiar with Kulku's work will hear the parallels, albeit in a more personal sphere this time around. 

On 'You Declared the War', Wenzlovar laments the greed and destruction of war amongst rolling bass, drum rhythms and bluesy guitar work, with the track rising to an intense crescendo of vocal cries and sirens.

Meanwhile, on 'She's Born', guitar and cello sit calmly over organ drum patterns as Wenzlovar recounts a surrealist tale, sounding something like Loaded-era Velvets flirting with the lap-steel, completing a perfectly balanced 7" single of Wenzlovar's inside world.

Lathe cut 7” available in an edition of 50, with a printed, double-sided insert.
