SHAUN SOUTH, SHAUN SOUTH, from England plays Lead electric guitar, acoustic guitar, lead & harmony vocals . As a seasoned international artist he has toured Germany, the Mediterranean, and his home country of England before coming to the States to perform from L.A. to Seattle. His vast range can be attributed to years of band projects doing Production Rock, Blues, Latino, Jazz, Fusion, and even Contemporary Folk, not to mention bi-continental session work and recording at David Bowie’s Hansa Studios. Shaun was honored by being chosen to represent England as the lead singer/guitarist joining musicians from France, America, and Germany for a special Allies concert in Berlin commemorating the fall of the Berlin Wall. His credentials also include working with members of Deep Purple, Iron Maiden, Steppenwolf, Tangerine Dream and Vanilla Fudge, and television appearances both in Cyprus and America’s west coast on Bruce Jackson’s People. Shaun has played many styles of music from his roots as an acoustic artist in the coffee shops and folk pubs of Europe to Rock venues such as the Troubadour , and the Whiskey in L.A. .He is a very well respected lead Guitarist and acoustic finger style player .
