Take a moment to be one with your heart, with Mother Earth,  with sky, with stars, with humans.   
Slow down your breath.
Breath  deeper 
Hold your hands on the heart center 
Feel the light coming from your crown chakra
Allow yourself be showered in glorious light. 
Feel it. That you are so loved and deserving all of the Light.
Embrace this Light.
And call upon everyone whom you are willing to give  
It can be even for your self /  for your inned child / for your past 
And allow this light to touch everyone who comes to you.  
Even if it is a whole wide world in your hands. 
Let it be touched with Love and Light

Meditation "Blessings" part I

I have created a number of guided meditations to take listeners on inner journeys to create shifts within their psyche, access their subtle senses & Highest Truth & anchor their soul's strengths consciously so they can access them in their everyday life. The Tree of Life is a great morning practice to connect & fill up with energy for the day by aligning oneself above & below, whereas the others are great to use at new moon (two weeks after full) either while enjoying a sacred bath with essences & oils or while relaxing in your favourite chair.
